
Mr. Hernandez is a licensed physical therapist in Texas, Colorado, and Arkansas who specializes in musculoskeletal wellness and treating complicated and chronic musculoskeletal disorders. For more than 25 years, his Austin, Texas-based clinic, Physical Therapy Specialists, has provided comprehensive manual care to patients with an emphasis on instruction and self-directed home recovery.

A biomedical engineer by training, Steve has over 25 years of product development and operational experience in both medical devices and consumer products. He has held engineering and senior management positions at a number of medical device start-ups such as Benvenue Medical, Coalescent Surgical (Medtronic), and PS Medical (Medtronic). Mr.Golden was Co-Founder and Chief Technical Officer of Cradle Medical (DJO) as well as Chief Operating Officer at orthopedic startup ElevenBlade (Smith&Nephew) and Coracoid Solutions.

Tony brings over 30 years of highly successful operational, business development, and financial experience in the healthcare market. Since 2001, Tony has served as Chairman of Nascent Enterprises, LLC, a group of medical industry entrepreneurs focused on successful commercialization of promising medical device inventions. During the last 20 years he has acted as a founder of or early investor in 24 medical device companies, 4 of which became public companies and 11 were sold.

James is highly experienced Product Development professional with over 25+ years of experience designing and developing medical technology as well consumer products. He went on to holdvarious key technical positions at both mature and emerging medical device companies, including WL Gore, Johnson and Johnson, Benvenue Medical, and iRhythm Technologies. James has a consistent track record of leading the design and development of novel medical device products from concept to commercialization.

Vianney Jayasinha is a systems engineering leader with a multidisciplinary background in medical devices, electrical engineering, and applied biology. He has led cross-functional development across mechanical, electrical, firmware, and human factors teams, driving the successful launch of complex medical technologies. His experience spans leading organizations including Intel, Becton Dickinson, Raytheon, and iRhythm Technologies, where he has focused on translating user and clinical needs into robust system architectures while building high-performing engineering teams.

Richard brings 25+ years of product innovation experience. He has driven solutions in healthcare through roles spanning executive management, R&D, and market strategy - for both startups and companies such as Inkef Capital, Eli Lilly, and ExploraMed. Richard’s healthcare roles have been supported by his masters training in biomechanical engineering and a Biodesign Innovation Fellowship role at Stanford University, followed by a London Business School MBA.

Mateusz is a recent graduate of a MBA-M.Eng. program at Texas A&M University, with experiences in medical device development and management. During his time at A&M, he was inducted into the biomedical honors society, AEMB, and was awarded the Dr. Bala Shetty MBA Scholar Award for high praise from faculty and his academic excellence throughout the program.
